Study Time (Focus & Concentration Diffuser | Roller Blend)


School is long and exhausting. Lack of energy makes it harder to concentrate. That’s why as a parent you need to set scheduled time after school for rest and for doing homework.  Here’s a blend to help boost energy and narrow in the focus. This is not just for kids, you can use it too.


10ml roller bottle
2 teaspoons fractionated coconut oil
1 drop Lemon essential oil
1 drop Rosemary essential oil
Waterproof label


Mix the fractionated coconut oil and essential oils in a 10ml roller bottle. Insert the roller cap and lid. Use the waterproof label to design/write the name of the blend. Make sure to store away from the reach of young children.


Essential Oil Properties In This Recipe

Lemon Essential Oil:

Aroma: Sharp, fresh smell, clean, sugary citrus and slightly sour.

Pairs Well With: Benzoin, chamomile, cistus, elemi, eucalyptus, fennel, frankincense, geranium, juniper, lavender, neroli, oakmoss, rose, sandalwood and ylang ylang.

Properties: Anti-anemic, antimicrobial, anti-rheumatic, anti-sclerotic, antiseptic, bactericidal, carminative, cicatrisant, depurative, diaphoretic, diuretic, febrifuge, haemostatic, hypotensive, insecticidal, rubefacient, tonic and vermifuge.

Rosemary Essential Oil:

Aroma: Strong herbal smell, refreshing, camphor-like with a woody-balsamic undertone

Pairs Well With: Basil, black pepper, bergamot, cedarwood, cinnamon, clary sage, citronella, elemi, eucalyptus, frankincense, geranium, lavender, lemongrass, peppermint, ravensara, tea tree, and thyme.

Properties: Hair growth stimulant, disinfectant, antiseptic, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, analgesic substance. analgesic, antidepressant, astringent, carminative, cephalic, cholagogue, cordial, digestive, diuretic, emmenagogue, hepatic, hypertensive, nervine, rubefacient, stimulant, sudorific and tonic.
