Here are effective diffuser blends for a good night sleep.

Recipes

    1. 3 drops lavender + 3 drops cedarwood
    2. 3 drops lavender + 3 drops bergamot
    3. 3 drops lavender + 3 drops wild orange
    4. 2 drops lavender + 2 drops vetiver + 2 drops marjoram
    5. 3 drops chamomile + 2 drops bergamot + 2 drops frankincense
    6. 2 drops lavender + 2 drops chamomile + 2 drops marjoram
    7. 3 drops patchouli + 2 drops wild orange + 2 drops frankincense
    8. 3 drops vetiver + 3 drops lavender + 2 drops frankincense

Directions 

Add the number of essential oil drops in your diffuser, and diffuse for 20 minutes. These recipes are kid-friendly and safe for nursing/pregnant women.

Pairs Well With: Bergamot, black pepper, cedarwood, chamomile, clary sage, clove, cypress, eucalyptus, frankincense, geranium, grapefruit, juniper, lemon, lemongrass, mandarin, marjoram, oakmoss, palmarosa, patchouli, peppermint, pine, ravensara, rose, rosemary, tea tree, thyme, vetiver, pine, and nutmeg.

Properties: Calming, sleep-inducing, antiseptic, analgesic, disinfectant, anti-inflammatory, anti-convulsant, anti-rheumatic, anti-spasmodic, antifungal, antiviral, bactericide, carminative, cholagogue, cicatrisant, cordial, cytophylactic, decongestant, deodorant, diuretic, emmenagogue, hypotensive, nervine, rubefacient, sedative, sudorific and vulnerary.

Cedarwood Essential Oil:

Aroma: Soft, balsamic, rich dry overtones, woody and “pencil-like” smell and has a faint undertone of sandalwood.

Bergamot Essential Oil:
