Aside from your regular salon visits, you may want to include this DIY essential oil recipe with your hair regimen. With regular use, you can achieve healthy, thick, and gorgeous hair.

Lavender essential oil helps soothe the scalp and promotes hair growth. If your hair is thin and breaks easily because of age, postpartum, or stress, this serum blend will give your hair the nourishment and care it needs.

Recipe

2-ounce glass dropper bottle
2-ounce castor oil
10 drops of Rosemary essential oil
5 drops of Lavender essential oil
5 drops of Ylang Ylang essential oil

Directions

Add essential oils to 2 ounces of Castor Oil into the glass dropper bottle. Shake bottle well. Apply to scalp and massage into scalp. Let it sit for 20 minutes and then wash hair. Do this every bath time. Adding 2-ounces of distilled water plus 1 teaspoon of witch hazel instead of the castor oil is optional if you prefer a less oily feel.
