Since Lavender essential oil is gentle, you can also spray this on your kid’s sheets or use as a calming body spray/perfume (just substitute distilled water with a light carrier oil eg. fractionated coconut oil.)
2-ounce dark glass spray bottle
1 tsp Witch hazel or vodka
15-20 drops Lavender essential oil
In the dark glass spray bottle, combine the witch hazel (or vodka) and the lavender essential oil. Fill to top with distilled water. Shake and spray on clothes, pillows, and linens before bedtime – use as needed.
