It is zero fun when anxiety comes barging in. Try this natural solution to help calm the tension between stress and anxiousness. If you are suffering from anxiety, use this blend in a diffuser, inhaler or apply it topically.

Recipe

3 drops lavender essential oil
2 drops wild orange essential oil
1 drop of bergamot essential oil
10 ml Fractionated coconut oil

Directions

  • Diffuser – 3-5 drops of Masterblend per 100ml of water.
  • Inhaler – 5-10 drops on the wick for children 2+ and 10-15 drops on the wick for an adult.
  • Topical – 10ml fractionated coconut oil in a roller bottle add 2 drops for 1% dilution.

Lavender Essential Oil:

Aroma: Sweet, floral, herbaceous, light fresh and soft aroma

Pairs Well With: Bergamot, black pepper, cedarwood, chamomile, clary sage, clove, cypress, eucalyptus, frankincense, geranium, grapefruit, juniper, lemon, lemongrass, mandarin, marjoram, oakmoss, palmarosa, patchouli, peppermint, pine, ravensara, rose, rosemary, tea tree, thyme, vetiver, pine, and nutmeg.

Properties: Calming, sleep-inducing, antiseptic, analgesic, disinfectant, anti-inflammatory, anti-convulsant, anti-rheumatic, anti-spasmodic, antifungal, antiviral, bactericide, carminative, cholagogue, cicatrisant, cordial, cytophylactic, decongestant, deodorant, diuretic, emmenagogue, hypotensive, nervine, rubefacient, sedative, sudorific and vulnerary.

Wild Orange Essential Oil:

Aroma: Fresh, refreshing and sweet.

Pairs Well With: Cinnamon, frankincense, geranium, lavender, and all types of citrus oils.

Properties: Anti-depressant, anti-septic, antispasmodic, anti-tumor and cellular health properties.

Bergamot Essential Oil:

Aroma: Fresh, spicy, floral, citrus, yet fruity and sweet, and is reminiscent of neroli as well as lavender oil.
