We can’t work all day as much as we love to. When the brain is still active but your body is feeling the opposite, take a rest, that’s alright. With all the hard work you do, your mind and body deserve a break. And for those times when you really need to chill out, diffuse this blend to help calm the mind.
Recipe
2 drops Vetiver essential oil
2 drops Cedarwood essential oil
How to use?
Add the number of essential oil drops in your diffuser, and diffuse for 20-30 minutes.
