Let’s admit it, our physical appearance is important to us. Although there are things we can control in terms of how we look, some things just show up on their own, like varicose veins. Spider Veins can be painful and unsightly. These knotted and swollen veins are usually located on the legs. But don’t lose hope! There are still natural options available that can help prevent varicose veins from occurring and in some cases, may help diminish their appearance after they appear If you need relief give the blend below a try to see if it helps your varicose veins.
4 tsp Carrier oil of your choice
10 drops Geranium essential oil
10 drops Neroli essential oil
5 drops Cypress essential oil
Add essential oils and carrier oil in a 30ml glass bottle then shake to blend. To apply, use about 1 tsp of the mixture to massage your legs twice daily.
Using one hand and a gentle grip, start at the ankles and stroke firmly but gently upward on either side of the varicose veins (never directly over them). Elevate legs after massaging.
