Rough and cracked heels can be really uncomfortable. Some of the reasons for cracked heals include aging, extreme temperatures, uncomfortable footwear and not applying moisturizers. When deep cracks start to develop they can be incredibly painful.

Pamper your feet with this all-natural foot cream. Gently apply the cream on your dry heels with a pumice and repeat as needed.

Recipe

1/2 cup Coconut oil
1/4 cup Vitamin E oil
10 drops Lavender essential oil
10 drops Tea Tree essential oil
10 drops Geranium essential oil

Directions 

Combine all ingredients in an air-tight container. To use, apply on heels an leave for 5 minutes. Rinse with warm water and exfoliate dead skin.
