Oregano, tea tree, lemon, and peppermint essential oils are rich in antibacterial and antifungal properties that can aid sinus infection and other respiratory conditions.

Recipe

1-2 drops Oregano essential oil
1-2 drops Tea tree essential oil
3 drops Lemon essential oil
1-2 drops Peppermint essential oil

Directions

Diffuse or take a cup of steaming hot water and add essential oils.

Oregano Essential Oil:

Aroma: Camphoraceous, spicy-herbaceous and warm.

Pairs Well With: Bay leaf, bergamot, camphor, cedarwood, chamomile, citronella, cypress, eucalyptus, lavender, lemon, litsea cubeba, oakmoss, orange, petitgrain, pine, spearmint, rosemary, tea tree and thyme.

Lemon Essential Oil:
